- Subscription means a recurring plan that renews automatically until cancelled.
- One‑time purchase means a single purchase (non-recurring) of digital content and/or a digital service bundle.
3. How to cancel (to stop future charges)You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically create a refund for amounts already paid.- Apple App Store purchases: cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings.
- Google Play purchases: cancel in your Google Play subscription settings.
- Website purchases: cancel through the in‑app “Manage Subscription” settings (if available) or by contacting support.
We recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle (store processing times may vary).4. How refunds work — depends on where you purchasedRefund rules and processing are controlled by the payment channel used to purchase the Service:4.1 Apple App Store (iOS)Apple handles billing and refunds. Please request a refund through Apple’s official process.We cannot directly issue or approve App Store refunds.4.2 Google Play Store (Android)Google handles billing and refunds. Please request a refund through Google Play’s official process.We cannot directly issue or approve Google Play refunds.4.3 Purchases made on our websiteIf you bought directly from us on our website, refunds are governed by this policy and applicable law. We process approved refunds to the original payment method.5. Website purchases — refund options5.1 Money‑back guarantee (where presented at checkout)If you purchased directly from our website and a money‑back guarantee was offered at checkout, you may request a refund if all conditions below are met:- Timing: you contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase (and while your subscription is active); and
- Use of the program:
- for monthly (or longer) plans: you used the Service on 7 consecutive days within the first 30 days; or
- for weekly/biweekly plans: you used the Service on 3 consecutive days within the first 7 days; and
- Evidence: you provide reasonable evidence of usage, such as screenshots from the app showing completion of:
- at least 7 sessions (for monthly or longer plans); or
- at least 3 sessions (for weekly/biweekly plans).

We will review and respond by email.5.2 Statutory rights (US consumers)Some US states provide specific cancellation or refund rights for certain transactions in specific circumstances.If you believe a state law gives you a right to cancel/refund, contact support@fit4me.io with your state of residence and purchase details.5.3 If something is wrong with the ServiceIf the Service is defective, unavailable, or not provided as required by applicable law, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law. Non‑refundable items (website purchases)Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following are not refundable:- Personalized meal plans once delivered (because they are customized to your individual needs/preferences).
- Renewal charges for a subscription period that has already started, unless required by law or covered by an applicable refund option in this policy.
- Pack 5‑in‑1 (one‑time purchase) and similar one‑time digital bundles: generally non‑refundable once made available to you, unless required by law or if the product is defective/not delivered.
7. Refund processing (website purchases)- Decision: we aim to review refund requests promptly and respond by email.
- Method: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Timing: processing times depend on payment providers and may take several business days.
- Currency/fees: your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion or other fees; we do not reimburse such third‑party fees unless required by law.
8. Chargebacks and fraudIf you believe your payment was unauthorized, please contact us first at support@fit4me.io so we can help. You can also contact your payment provider.
